摘要
在多效真空蒸发与热压蒸发的制盐体系中,制盐主体设备蒸发罐中的盐水介质处于高温状态,并含有大量的悬浮颗粒,料液流速较大,蒸汽凝结冷凝水中含有活性Cl-卤水氯离子的浓度较高,制盐设备和管道都受到接触介质的腐蚀。本文通过对现场和背景材料的分析,对公司腐蚀设备采用宏观观察、微观组织分析、化学成分分析、腐蚀形貌观察方式,运用倒推法确定不锈钢腐蚀机理,找到设备腐蚀主要原因,为卤水化工生产中如何防止设备腐蚀提供了宝贵的经验。
In the salt-making system of multi-effect vacuum evaporation and hot-press evaporation, brine medium in the evaporationtank, the main equipment of salt making, is at a high temperature and contains a large number of suspended particles. The flow rate of feedliquid is relatively high and the steam condensate contains a high concentration of active Cl- from brine.Both salt-making equipment andpipelines are corroded by the contact medium. Through analysis on the on-site and background materials, this paper adopts macroscopicobservation, micro-structure analysis, chemical composition analysis and corrosion morphology observation for the corroded equipment ofthe company.By employing a retrograde method, the corrosion mechanism of stainless steel is determined and the main causes of equipmentcorrosion are identified,thus providing valuable experience on how to prevent equipment corrosion in brine chemical production.
