摘要
以低硝型卤水为研究对象,利用“Na OH-Na_(2)CO_(3)”法对卤水中钙镁离子净化进行深入研究,通过跟踪反应时间、反应温度、过碱量、两碱添加顺序等对净化效果及精卤中残留碳酸根离子浓度影响,来确定合理工艺条件,为生产应用提供参考。
This study focuses on low-nitrite brine and conducts an in-depth investigation into the purification of calcium andmagnesium ions in brine using the“ NaOH-Na_(2)CO_(3)”method. By tracking the effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, excess alkaliamount, and the order of addition of the two alkalis on the purification effect and the concentration of residual carbonate ions in therefined brine, reasonable process conditions are determined to provide reference for production applications.
