摘要
我国目前金针菇菌种主要为国外引进,缺乏自主知识产权,且容易发生变异。金针菇育种是产业中的重要环节,但金针菇菌种选育过程操作步骤繁杂、能耗大、对时间空间要求较高,在实际教学过程中难观摩、难再现、难操作。本文通过构建金针菇菌种选育及保藏的虚拟仿真实验环境,打破时间和空间的局限,解决了教学过程问题,让学习者重复理论学习和实操练习等,增强了学习者的体验感和学习兴趣,显著提高了教学效益。
At present,Flammulina mushroom species in China are mainly introduced from abroad,lack of independent intellectual property rights,and are prone to variation.Mushroom breeding is an important link in the industry,but the breeding process of Flammulina mushroom species is complicated,with high energy consumption and high time and space requirements,so it is difficult to observe,reproduce and operate in the actual teaching process.By constructing the virtual simulation experiment environment for the breeding and preservation of Flammulina mushroom,the limitation of time and space is broken,the teaching process problem is solved,the learners repeat the theoretical learning and practical practice,the learners'sense of experience and learning interest are enhanced,and the teaching efficiency is significantly improved.
