摘要
本文按照层次性、代表性和可行性的评价体系构建原则,围绕高质量发展理念,参考相关研究,从创新、协调、绿色、开放、保障5大发展维度,析出20个农业产业服务高质量发展的衡量评价指标,并邀请农业经济领域的13位专家对各个维度、各个指标的权重进行主观赋值。通过“主观赋权+客观测序”的方式确定指标权重,最终构建农业产业服务高质量发展评价体系,以期为科学、全面地测度农业产业服务高质量发展提供参考。
According to the construction principles of a hierarchical,representative,and feasible evaluation system,around the concept of high-quality development,with reference to relevant research,20 measurement and evaluation indicators were selected from the five development dimensions of innovation,coordination,green,openness,and security,and 13 experts in the field of agricultural economy were invited to subjectively assign the weight of each dimension and indicator.Determine the indicator weight through"subjective weighting+objective sequencing",and ultimately construct an evaluation system for high-quality development of agricultural industry services.
