超大型葡萄产业园智能阳雨棚设计

摘要 论述了超大型葡萄产业园智能阳雨棚设计,通过人为干预的办法满足葡萄生长全生命周期内的生长条件,提升其品质、口感、产量和价值,满足人们对优质葡萄鲜果的需要,增加果农收入。智能阳雨棚采用前低后高的钢结构框架,在框架上设置卷轴,卷轴上设置遮阳遮雨布,电动机带动遮阳遮雨布的关闭和打开。电动机的转动由各个传感器给控制器提供信号,控制器控制电动机正反转。试验测试结果表明,各项性能指标满足超大型葡萄产业园的需要。 Design of intelligent sunshade and rainproof shed for super large grape industry park was elaborated.By means of human in-tervention,growth conditions of grapes throughout their entire life cycle could be met,improving their quality,taste,yield,and value,meeting people's demand for high-quality grape fresh fruits,and increasing farmers'income.Intelligent sunshade adopted a steel frame with low front and high back,and a scroll was set on frame.A sunshade and rainproof shed was set on scroll,and electric motor drived closing and opening of sunshade and rainproof shed.Rotation of motor was provided with signals by various sensors to controller,which controlled forward and reverse rotation of motor.Experimental test results indicated that all performance indicators met needs of super large grape industry park.
