Strategies and suggestions on high quality development for garlic industry in Lanling County of Shandong Province

大蒜是山东省兰陵县的传统优势农产品,大蒜产业是兰陵县重要的农业支柱产业。从兰陵县大蒜产业的规模效益、储存加工、品牌创建、质量管控、蒜薹购销和保险支撑等方面剖析了兰陵县大蒜产业发展现状,分析了影响产业发展的主要问题,提出了推进大蒜产业发展的7项建议,以期为兰陵县大蒜产业高质量发展决策提供参考。

Garlic is a traditional superior agricultural product in Lanling County,Shandong Province,and garlic industry is an import-ant agricultural pillar industry in Lanling County.Current situation of garlic industry development in Lanling County was analyzed from aspects of scale efficiency,storage and processing,brand creation,quality control,garlic shoot buying and selling and insurance sup-port.Main problems affecting current development of garlic industry were analyzed.Seven suggestions were put forward to promote de-velopment of garlic industry in Lanling County,in order to provide decision-making reference for high-quality development of garlic in-dustry in Lanling County.
