摘要
领导干部作为中共治党理政的关键少数和中坚力量,受到海内外研究者的广泛关注。改革开放以来,海外学界对中共各级各类领导干部进行了大量研究,并在对中共领导集体以及领导干部队伍结构与选拔机制、选任调动、教育管理等方面形成研究议题。改革开放以来海外中共领导干部研究的转变受到中共治党理政实践不断发展和西方社会科学研究方法演变的影响。在研究范式上呈现议题从一元到多元、关注焦点从中央到地方、研究方法从定性到定量的范式转变。海外学者对中共领导干部的研究具有一定的借鉴意义,但依然存在滥用西方理论和概念、意识形态偏见、误读数据资料等问题,需要国内学界对其进行反思性阅读和批评性研究。
As the key minority and backbone of CPC’s governance,leading officials have been widely concerned by researchers at home and abroad.Since the reform and opening up,overseas academic circles have conducted a lot of research on leading officials at all levels of the CPC,and formed research topics on the leadership collective of the CPC,the structure and selection mechanism of leading officials,the selection and transfer of leading cadres,and educational management.The transformation in the study of CPC leaders overseas is driven by the continuous evolution of the CPC’s governance practices and the influence of the evolution of Western social science research methods.Although overseas scholars’researches on leading officials of the CPC has certain reference significance,there are still problems such as abuse of western theories and concepts,ideological bias,and misreading of data materials,which requires the domestic academic circle to conduct reflective reading and critical research.
