长江经济带数字普惠金融与区域创新能力耦合协调研究

Research on the Coupling and Coordination Between Digital Inclusive Finance and Regional Innovation Capacity in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

数字普惠金融的发展不仅关乎金融服务的普及程度和效率,更是实现高质量增长的重要手段。研究基于2011—2019年长江经济带沿线城市的数字普惠金融和区域创新能力数据,采用耦合协调度模型、Moran指数,测算并分析长江经济带沿线各城市数字普惠金融和区域创新能力的耦合协调度及其时空变化趋势,进一步构建空间滞后模型(SLM),实证检验长江经济带数字普惠金融和区域创新能力的耦合协调度的影响因素。研究发现:一是长江经济带数字普惠金融在上游地区,重庆市相对更高;在中游地区,武汉市相对更高;在下游地区,上海市、苏州市和无锡市相对更高。二是长江经济带各城市的耦合协调水平总体呈上升趋势,存在正向空间集聚效应。三是经济基础、教育水平和外贸水平对长江经济带数字普惠金融和区域创新能力的耦合协调度产生显著正向影响。据此,研究从加强区域协调发展、持续加大教育投入和扩大对外开放水平等方面提出对策建议。

The development of digital inclusive finance is not only related to the popularity and efficiency of financial services,but also an important means to achieve high-quality growth.Based on the data of digital inclusive finance and regional innovation capability of cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2019,this study adopts the coupling coordination degree model and Moran index to estimate and analyze the coupling coordination degree and spatial-temporal change trend of digital inclusive finance and regional innovation capability of cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and further constructs a Spatial Lag Model(SLM)to empirically examines the influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree between digital inclusive finance and regional innovation capability in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The findings are as follows:first,the level of digital inclusive finance in the upstream region of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is relatively higher in Chongqing;in the middle reaches,it is relatively higher in Wuhan;in the downstream region,it is relatively higher in Shanghai,Suzhou and Wuxi.Second,the coupling coordination level of the cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt is generally on the rise,and there is a positive spatial agglomeration effect.Third,economic base,education level,and foreign trade significantly and positively affect the coupled coordination degree between digital inclusive finance and regional innovation capacity in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Accordingly,this study puts forward the suggestions in terms of strengthening regional coordinated development,continuously increasing investment in education and opening wider to the outside world.
