抽检背景下应用型本科高校“尾部论文”质量控制与管理--基于E学院的案例分析

本科毕业论文抽检的实施标志着学士学位论文质量管理进入硬约束阶段,相较于研究型高校,应用型本科高校有其现实困境。在本科毕业论文抽检背景下,降低“存在问题毕业论文”比率是应用型本科高校毕业论文质量控制与管理的关键目标。教学管理中“尾部论文”在论文抽检中会以“存在问题毕业论文”出现。E学院通过开设相关课程,将目标控制转为过程控制,采取协同管理、强化质量管理文化等方法来减少“尾部论文”数量,提升“尾部论文”质量,为应用型本科高校毕业论文的教学控制与管理提供经验与借鉴。

The implementation of sampling inspection of undergraduate theses signifies that the quality management of bachelor’s thesis has entered the stage of hard constraint.Compared with research-oriented colleges and universities,application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities have their practical difficulties.Under the background of undergraduate theses sampling inspection,reducing the ratio of theses with problems is the main objective of quality control and management of undergraduate theses in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.In teaching management,“tail theses”will appear as theses with problems in sampling inspection.By offering relevant courses,changing target control to process control,adopting collaborative management,and strengthening quality management,etc.to reduce the quantity of“tail theses”and improve the quality of“tail theses”,E School provides experiences and references for quality control and management of undergraduate theses in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.
