On the Value Implication,Connotation Essence and Practice Requirement of Enriching People’s Spiritual World

丰富人民精神世界作为中国式现代化的本质要求之一,是赓续中华民族重精神的文化基因、纾解社会转型阵痛中的意义失落、增强实现民族复兴精神力量的应有之义。人的精神世界包括心理世界、思维世界、道德世界和信仰世界,丰富人民精神世界,就是在稳定人民心理世界中砥砺精神追求,在活跃人民思维世界中激发精神创造,在充盈人民道德世界中锤炼品德修为,在烛照人民信仰世界中坚定理想信念。为此,必须筑牢马克思主义思想根基,以社会主义核心价值观凝聚共识,激发全体人民的内生动力,不断优化外部制度环境、文化环境和传播环境,以人民精神世界的极大丰富为中国式现代化建设灌注力量。

“Enriching the spiritual world of the people”is one of the essential requirements of Chinese path to modernization.It is the cultural gene of the Chinese nation to continue to emphasize the spirit,relieve the loss of meaning in the throes of social transformation,and enhance the spiritual power of national rejuvenation.The spiritual world includes people’s psychological world,thinking world,moral world and belief world.To enrich the people’s spiritual world is to temper spiritual pursuit in stabilizing the people’s psychological world,stimulate spiritual creation in invigorating the people’s thinking world,temper moral practice in enriching the people’s moral world,and strengthen ideals and convictions in lighting the people’s belief world.For this purpose,we must consolidate the foundation of Marxist thought,build consensus on core socialist values,stimulate the internal driving force of all the people,constantly improve the external institutional,cultural and communication environment,and use the great richness of the spiritual world of the people to pour strength into the Chinese modernization.
