数字经济赋能河南乡村振兴的效果评估及优化路径研究

Research on the Effect Evaluation and Optimization Path of Digital Economy Empowering Rural Revitalization in Henan Province

数字经济的高创新性、强渗透性、广覆盖性特点,可以成为撬动乡村振兴的新杠杆。数字经济只有与乡村振兴融合协调发展,才能更好地赋能乡村振兴。基于河南省2014—2021年相关数据,采用耦合协调度模型,实证检验了河南省数字经济赋能乡村振兴的效果。结果表明,河南省数字经济与乡村振兴耦合协调等级已由轻度失调上升到勉强协调,赋能效果逐渐显著,但总体来看耦合协调度不是很高,应加强村民的数字经济意识、加大数字信息基础设施建设、制定政策吸引数字化人才进村等优化路径。

The high innovation,strong penetration and wide coverage characteristics of digital economy can become a new lever for leveraging rural revitalization.Digital economy,which,only by integrating and coordinating development with rural revitalization,can better empower rural revitalization.Based on relevant data from 2014 to 2021 of Henan Province,the coupling coordination model is used to empirically test the effectiveness on digital economy empowering rural revitalization in Henan Province.The results indicate that the coordination level of the coupling between digital economy and rural revitalization has increased from mild imbalance to barely coordinated,and the empowerment effect is gradually significant.However,the coordination degree of the coupling is not very high.Finally,it is proposed to strengthen the villagers’awareness of the digital economy,increase the construction of digital information infrastructure and formulate policies to attract digital talents to enter the village.
