摘要
数字化转型背景下,提升教师数智素养是构建外语智慧教育新生态的基本要求,也是推进外语教师专业发展的关键依托。本文参照《教师数字素养》教育行业标准,从数智信念与伦理意识、数智思维与外语能力、数智知识与技能、数智实践应用四个维度构建高校外语教师数智素养框架。在此基础上,文章从完善顶层设计、开展定制式培训、加强价值内化、强化实践应用等维度提出高校外语教师数智素养发展路径。
In the context of digital transformation,the development of foreign language teachers'data intelligence literacy is an essential requirement for building a new ecosystem of smart education and a critical factor in advancing teachers'professional development.Guided by the Teacher Digital Literacy,this paper constructs a data intelligence literacy framework for university foreign language teachers,which encompasses four dimensions of data intelligence beliefs and ethics,data intelligence thinking and foreign language competence,basic data intelligence knowledge and skills,and practice and application.Based on the framework,the paper further proposes a development path for promoting data intelligence literacy of university foreign language teachers,mainly from the aspects of improving toplevel design,implementing customized training,enhancing value internalization,and strengthening practice and application.
