职前英语教师教学能动性发展个案研究——复杂动态系统理论视角

A case study of pre-service EFL teachers'development of teaching agency:A CDST perspective

本研究基于复杂动态系统理论,采用个案研究法探究了两位职前英语教师在教育实习中教学能动性的表现形式及发展特征。研究发现在教育实习的各个阶段,职前教师的教学能动性都以不同形式体现于能动观念和能动行为。教学能动性系统的复杂动态变化是教师主体与环境不断互动的结果,体现出全面联结性、互适性、自组织性等特征。研究发现对我国职前教师培养具有一定启示。

Using the case study method,this study explores the manifestations and development of two pre-service English teachers'teaching agency during their practicum from a complex dynamic systems theory perspective.It is found that the participant teachers exert their teaching agency through teaching perspectives and actions.Resulting from interaction between individuals and contextual conditions,the teaching agency of the pre-service teachers develops in a complex dynamic way,featuring in inter-connection,co-adaptation,and self-organization.The findings may provide insights into pre-service teacher education in China.
