摘要
本研究以教师共同体为切入点,构建了高校外语教师虚拟协同教研模型。高校外语教师虚拟协同教研模型是由成员、目标、中介、机制、环境五个核心要素构成的动态开放统一体。虚拟教研室建设应坚持目标导向,推动教师协同发展;明确任务驱动,促进团队分工协作;加强技术赋能,助力教学科研融合;注重评价反馈,建立多元评价体系。
This study constructs a model of a virtual teaching&research center for university foreign language teachers from the perspective of a teacher community.The virtual teaching&research center for university foreign language teachers is a dynamic open entity composed of five core elements,namely members,goals,mediators,mechanisms,and environment.In developing the virtual teaching&research center,teachers should adopt goal-oriented approaches to support their coordinative development,use task-driven methods to improve their cooperation,acquire technological skills to promote the integration of teaching and research,and establish a diversified evaluation system to provide assessment and feedback.
