摘要
针对直流换流站的工作环境及特点,开发了一款组合型轨道式巡检机器人系统。该系统由组合轨道、传动系统、可见光系统及红外热像系统等组成,通过可视化探测技术将传统的固定且功能单一的视频摄像头升级为智能化与红外可视相结合的智能探测平台,实现了巡检机器人的精确定位、视频检测及温度检测等功能,从而可以有效掌握不同设备的运行状态及其表面温度场的分布和温升状况,然后结合各种电气设备的内部结构和运行状态,并依据传导热能的途径,准确诊断设备是否存在内部或外部故障。
In response to the operational environment and characteristics of DC converter stations,a combined track-based robot system has been developed for converter stations.The designed orbital inspection robot system comprises combination tracks,a drive system,a visible light system,and an infrared thermal imaging system.By employing visualization detection technology,the robot upgrades the traditional fixed and single-function video cameras to an intelligent platform combining visual and infrared detection.This system enables precise positioning,video inspection,and temperature monitoring functions of the inspection robot.It effectively monitors the operational status and surface temperature distribution of various equipment,as well as temperature rise conditions.By analyzing the internal structure and operational status of different electrical devices and understanding the pathways of thermal energy transfer,the system can accurately diagnose potential internal or external faults in the equipment.
