摘要
提出了一种基于机器视觉的石油偏梯形管锥螺纹在线检测方法。设计和建立了一套可测量不同管径的视觉检测系统,通过对螺纹图像的分段采集,并应用亚像素技术,实现了对大尺寸螺纹的高精度参数检测。实验结果表明,检测算法能有效地对管螺纹图像进行边缘提取并测量六种螺纹参数,检测结果达到工业生产需求。该方法也可进一步推广至其他类型工业螺纹的参数检测。
A machine vision-based detection method for the taper thread of trapezoid pipe threads is presented.A set of visual inspection system for measuring different pipe diameters is designed and established.Piecewise acquisition of thread images combined with sub-pixel technology is applied for the parameter detection of large size threads with high precision.The experimental results show that the detection algorithm can effectively extract the edge of the pipe thread image and measure six types of thread parameters,which meet the needs of industrial production.This method can also be further extended to the parameter detection of other types of industrial threads.
