摘要
高位箱是流送系统中的重要设备,其主要作用是消除前端带来的压力脉动、保证后端压力的稳定,同时通过液位控制保证持续输出稳定的浆料流量。本文对高位箱回流管空气聚集的原因进行了分析,通过增加消泡剂用量的方式对分析原因进行了验证,在液位控制阀下端回流管上增加排气阀,解决了高位箱回流管空气聚集的问题。
As an essential part of the flow system,high-level box is mainly used to eliminate pressure pulsation caused by the front end,maintain stable back-end pressure,and ensure continuous output of stable pulp flow through liquid level control.In this article,an analysis was conducted on the cause of air accumulation in the reflux pipe of the high-level box.The analysis was validated by increasing defoamer dosage.And the problem of air accumulation in the high-level box reflux pipe was solved by adding an exhaust valve on the reflux pipe at the lower end of the liquid level control valve.
