Production Technology of Base Paper for Paper Cups With Bagasse Pulp as Raw Materials

蔗渣浆作为造纸原料,因细小组分和杂细胞含量大,在抄造过程中网部脱水比较困难,生产的成品纸存在脆性大、强度差、吸湿能力强等问题。本文讲述的是采用100%蔗渣浆,通过改进三叠长网多缸纸机生产工艺,成功生产出高强度、高抗水性、高平整性、符合卫生标准的食品包装用纸纸杯原纸。

As the raw material for papermaking,bagasse pulp is difficult to dehydrate during the papermaking process,due to its high content of fine components and miscellaneous cells.Therefore,the finished paper produced from bagasse pulp has problems such as high brittleness,poor strength,and strong moisture absorption capacity.This article describes how to use 100%bagasse pulp to produce high-strength,high-water resistance,high-flatness,and hygienic standard-compliant base paper for food packaging cups,by improving the three-fold fourdrinier multi-cylinder paper machine.
