摘要
基于2011—2019年沿黄流域59个地级及以上城市数据,在对各城市绿色发展水平定量测度基础上实证检验数字金融对城市绿色发展的影响效应,并采用中介效应模型分析技术创新和产业结构升级在数字金融推动城市绿色发展过程中的具体作用。研究发现,数字金融能够显著推动沿黄流域城市绿色发展,数字金融对沿黄流域中游、下游城市绿色发展的促进作用更明显,数字金融能够通过提升城市技术创新水平和促进产业结构升级来推动绿色发展。因此,沿黄流域各城市应大力发展数字金融,增强金融的普惠性;加强数字金融基础设施建设,营造数字金融发展的良好生态;创新数字金融服务模式,实现数字金融与技术创新的深度融合;合理配置黄河流域数字金融资源,实现各层次产业结构高级化发展。
Based on data from 59 prefecture-level and above cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2019,this paper empirically examines the impact of digital finance on the green development of cities,and uses a mediation effect model to analyze the specific roles of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading in the process of digital finance driving urban green development.The study finds that digital finance can significantly promote the green development of cities along the Yellow River Basin,with a more pronounced effect on the middle and lower reaches.Digital finance to drive green development by enhancing urban technological innovation and promoting industrial structure upgrading.Consequently,cities along the Yellow River Basin should actively promote digital finance,improve financial inclusiveness,strengthen the construction of digital finance infrastructure to cultivate a supportive ecosystem for digital finance development;innovate digital finance service models to achieve a deep integration of digital finance and technological innovation;and strategically allocate digital finance resources in the Yellow River Basin to attain high-level development of industrial structure across all levels.
