摘要
为了增加环氧树脂的功能性以及在建筑领域的应用,制备了纳米吸波剂并对环氧树脂进行改性,得到纳米吸波剂改性环氧树脂,并将其与水泥基材料进行复合,得到纳米吸波剂改性环氧树脂复合水泥基涂层材料。结果表明,制备的纳米吸波剂在Fe^(2+)含量为3mmol时具有最佳的电磁吸波性能,饱和磁强度为158.05kA/m,衰减常数以及阻抗匹配最优。以Fe^(2+)含量为3mmol的纳米吸波剂对环氧树脂进行改性并复合水泥基涂层,当纳米吸波剂含量为3%时,纳米吸波剂改性环氧树脂复合水泥基涂层的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为35.12MPa和1.72%,界面结合强度为16.22MPa,最低反射率达到-32.5dB,有效吸收带宽为7.12 GHZ,具有较好的吸波性能。
In order to increase the functionality of epoxy resin and its application in the field of construction,the nano wave absorber is prepared and used to modify epoxy resin to obtain nano wave absorber modified epoxy resin,and then it is combined with cement-based materials to obtain nano wave absorber modified epoxy resin composite cement-based coating material.The results show that the prepared nano wave absorber has the best electromagnetic wave absorbing performance when the content of Fe^(2+)is 3 mmol,the saturation magnetic strength is 158.05 kA/m,and the attenuation constant and impedance matching are the best.The epoxy resin is modified with 3 mmol Fe^(2+)nano wave absorber and combined with cementbased coating.When the nano wave absorber content is 3%,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the nano wave absorber modified epoxy resin composite cement-based coating is 35.12 MPa and 1.72%respectively,and the interfacial bonding strength is 16.22 MPa.The minimum reflectance reaches-32.5 dB and the effective absorption bandwidth is 7.12 GHz,which indicates it has a good wave absorbing performance.
