一种SiO_(2)微球改性磷酸盐浆料的制备

摘要 针对复杂精密结构的磷酸盐陶瓷部件的需求,采用SiO_(2)微球作为流变改性剂,开展可满足3D打印工艺条件的磷酸盐陶瓷浆料的研究,探索3D打印磷酸盐陶瓷技术并对磷酸盐陶瓷力学性能、隔热性能和微观形貌进行分析。研究结果表明,SiO_(2)微球用量为15%时,磷酸盐浆料具有最适合3D打印的黏度和模量。且该配方打印出的磷酸盐陶瓷拥有较好的介电性能、力学性能、隔热性能和微观形貌。介电常数可达到2.94,损耗正切值为8.0×10^(-3);弯曲强度达到0.98MPa;导热系数达到0.18 W/(m·K),陶瓷密度为0.37 g/cm^(3)。 In order to meet the needs of complex and precise structure of phosphate ceramic parts,SiO_(2) microspheres are used as rheology modifier to carry out the research on phosphate ceramic slurry that can meet the conditions of 3D printing process,the technology of 3D printing phosphate ceramics is explored and the mechanical properties,thermal insulation properties and microscopic morphology of the phosphate ceramics are analyzed.The results show that when the amount of SiO_(2) microspheres is 15%,the phosphate slurry has the most suitable viscosity and modulus for 3D printing.And the phosphate ceramics printed by this formula possesses better dielectric properties,mechanical properties,thermal insulation properties and micro morphology.The dielectric constant can reach 2.94,and the loss tangent is 8.0×10^(-3);the bending strength reaches 0.98 MPa;the thermal conductivity reaches 0.18 W/(m·K),and the density of the ceramic is 0.37 g/cm^(3).
