摘要
为了探索和开发更高性能、安全可靠的医用胶粘剂,以满足医疗领域对于优质粘接材料的需求,以蓖麻油为主要原料,以PEG-400作为催化剂在恒温下搅拌,并加入Na OH液体,形成蓖麻油脂肪酸;将相同比例蓖麻油脂肪酸和环氧大豆油搅拌混合,并加入PEG-400催化剂,得到多元醇。将HDI溶液倒入一个恒温的四颈瓶中,同时逐步加入多元醇。测定反应体系中的NCO含量。直到NCO含量没有变化后,完成医用级聚氨酯胶粘剂制备;并在不同条件下测试医用级聚氨酯胶粘剂皂化速率、凝胶时间和脱粘时间、固化时间以及体外生物降解等性能。测试结果表明:当温度为65℃、蓖麻油与Na OH的比例为1∶5时,蓖麻油脂肪酸的皂化速率较快且比较稳定;催化剂PEG-400的剂量为蓖麻油的8%时,医用级聚氨酯胶粘剂的反应速率效果最好;随着蓖麻油浓度的增加,可以提升医用级聚氨酯胶粘剂的固化速率,并提高了其生物降解性能以及凝固血液的能力。
In order to explore and develop high-performance,safe and reliable medical adhesives to meet the demand for high-quality adhesive materials in the medical field,the castor oil and PEC-400 is used as the main raw material and catalyst respectively to stir at constant temperature,and the NaOH liquid is added to form the castor oilfatty acids;then the polyols is obtained by mixing the castor oil fatty acids and epoxy soybean oil in the same proportion with the PEG-40O as catalyst.Next,the HDI solution is poured into four-neck bottle with a constant temperature and the polyols is gradually added.The NCO content in the reaction system is measured.The preparation process of medical grade polyurethane adhesive can be terminated until the NCO content remains unchanged;The saponification rate,gel time,debonding time,curing time and in vitro biodegradation of medical grade polyurethane adhesive are tested under different conditions.The test results show that when the temperature is 65 C and the ratio of castor oil to NaOH is 1:5,the saponification rate of castor oil fatty acids is fast and relatively stable;When the dosage of catalyst PEG-400 is 8%of castor oil,the reaction rate effect of medical grade polyurethane adhesive is the best;As the concentration of castor oil increases,the curing rate of medical grade polyurethane adhesive can be improved as well as its biodegradability and blood coagulation ability.
