二氯氧锆比色法测定稻壳中的总黄酮含量

摘要 以芦丁为对照品,建立二氯氧锆比色法测定稻壳中总黄酮含量的分析方法,考察了不同显色条件对总黄酮测定值的影响。结果表明,优化后的显色条件为:反应时间40min,反应温度50℃,显色剂用量1.6mL,显色剂浓度为2.0%,平均加标回收率为99.79%,RSD为0.918%,该法可用于稻壳中总黄酮的定量测定。 With rutin as the reference material,an analytical method for the determination of total flavonoids in rice husk by zirconium oxydichloride colorimetry is established,and the effects of different coloration conditions on the determination of total flavonoids are investigated.The optimized coloration conditions are shows as fllows:the reaction time is 40 min,the reaction temperature is 50 C,the dosage of color reagent is 1.6 mL,the concentration of color reagent is 2.0%;under these conditions,the average spiked recovery is 99.79%and the RSD is 0.918%.The method can be used for the quantitative determination of total flavonoids in rice husks.
