高分子材料用于改善微孔层结构的应用研究

摘要 本文在气体扩散层的微孔层中添加高分子材料造孔剂,探究其对燃料电池性能的影响。结果表明,适量添加高分子造孔剂,可显著提高气体扩散层的输气排水效率,从而提高燃料电池的电流密度及功率。高分子材料造孔剂的添加比例为15%、单电池的测试电流密度为2.0A·cm^(-2)时,燃料电池的功率密度比不加造孔剂的膜电极提高了约16.42%,电化学的效率也得到提升,在导电浆料的制备过程中高分子材料的挥发量小。进一步研究发现,添加高分子微粒类材料,可解决目前存在的造孔剂成分(含二氧化碳、氨气)提前挥发、造孔孔径不可控等问题,提高气体扩散层的孔隙率,促进燃料气体的传输及参与反应的程度。 In this study,the effect of fuel cells by adding polymer material porant to the microporous layer of the gas diffusion layer was investigated.The results showed that the appropriate amount of polymer porator could significantly improve the efficiency of gas diffusion layer,and thus improved the current density and power of fuel cell.When the proportion of polymer porant was 15%and the test current density of single cell was 2A/cm^(2),the power density of fuel cell was about 16.42%higher than that of the membrane electrode without porator,and the efficiency of electrochemical was also improved.Polymer material in the process of preparation of conductive paste coating volatile quantity was small,further research found that add polymer particles materials could solve the existed problems such as premature volatilization of pore forming agent components(included carbon dioxide and ammonia)and uncontrollable pore size,and improved the porosity of gas diffusion layer,promote the transmission of fuel gas,and participate in the reaction.
