摘要
锂及其化合物在能源存储和高端制造领域具有重要的战略价值。我国锂资源丰富但主要集中于盐湖卤水,导致开发受限,难以满足需求,为此锂云母提锂成为重要途径。本文分析了酸法、碱法、盐法等主流提锂工艺的优缺点,探讨了各方法的提锂效率、反应机制及工艺优化等问题。指出未来研究应着眼于优化工艺流程,引入新型催化剂及分离技术,强化过程控制,并探索构建集成化、智能化的提锂体系,以提升锂资源的利用效率,减少环境污染,促进锂资源开发利用的绿色可持续发展。
Lithium and its compounds had strategic value in the field of energy storage and high-end manufacturing.China's lithium resources were abundant but mainly concentrated in the brine of salt lakes,the development of which is limited and difficult to meet the demand.Therefore,lepidolite lithium extraction becama a key way.This paper reviewd the advantages and disadvantages of the mainstream process of lithium extraction,such as acid method,alkali method and salt method,and discussed the lithium extraction efficiency,reaction mechanism and process optimization.Future research should focus on optimizing the process,introducing new catalysts and separation technologies,strengthening process control,and exploring the construction of an integrated and intelligent lithium extraction system.These measures were expected to enhance the efficiency of resource utilization,reduce environmental pollution,and promote the green and sustainable development of lithium resource development and utilization.
