摘要
将青霉素菌渣与玉米秸秆按一定比例配比,加入特定比例复合微生物菌剂,发酵后得到青霉素菌渣肥,分析了青霉素菌渣肥的pH、有机质含量、总养分(氮+五氧化二磷+氧化钾)含量、重金属(砷、汞、铅、镉、铬)含量以及青霉素残留情况,并检测施加菌渣肥后土壤中抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)绝对丰度,评估了菌渣肥肥效。结果表明,菌渣肥所测试理化指标均符合《有机肥料》(NY/T 525—2021)的相关要求;菌渣肥中大量残留青霉素被降解;青霉素菌渣肥能有效降低土壤中ARGs丰度;1%(质量分数)菌渣肥处理的小白菜株高、叶面积、鲜重、干重优于有机肥和不施肥处理,说明一定量的菌渣肥可促进植物生长。
In this study,penicillin dregs were mixed with corn stover in a certain proportion,and a specific proportion of composite microbial agent was added.After fermentation,penicillin dregs fertilizer was obtained.The pH,organic matter content,total nutrient(nitrogen+phosphorus pentoxide+potassium oxide)content,heavy metal(arsenic,mercury,lead,cadmium,chromium)content,and penicillin residue of penicillin dregs fertilizer were analyzed.The absolute abundance of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)in the soil after applying penicillin dregs fertilizer was also detected,the effectiveness of penicillin dregs fertilizer was evaluated.The results showed that the physical and chemical indicators tested in penicillin dregs fertilizer met the relevant requirements of“Organic fertilizer”(NY/T 525-2021).A large amount of penicillin residue in penicillin dregs fertilizer was degraded.Penicillin dregs fertilizer could effectively reduce the abundance of ARGs in soil.The plant height,leaf area,fresh weight,and dry weight of Brassica rapa var.chinensis(L.)Kitam.treated with 1%mass fraction penicillin dregs fertilizer were better than those treated with organic fertilizer and no fertilizer,indicating that a certain amount of penicillin dregs fertilizer could promote plant growth.
