摘要
对某酱香型白酒一个生产周期内污水处理厂的生产进水COD、氨氮、总磷、总氮等水质变化特征进行了连续观测,研究了某酱香型白酒一个生产周期内污水处理厂对生产进水中4项主要污染物的去除效果。结果表明,各轮次酒生产废水经“预处理-厌氧-好氧-后处理”等组合工艺处理后,各项指标均达到GB 27631—2011《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》中规定的排放标准,COD和总磷的去除率始终维持在98%以上。
The wastewater quality change characteristics(COD,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus,total nitrogen)in the wastewater treatment plant in a Jiangxiang Baijiu distillery during a production cycle were continuously observed.The removal effect of the four main pollutants in the wastewater during a production cycle was analyzed.The results showed that,after the combined treatment processes,all the indicators reached the discharge standard specified in national standard GB 27631-2011;the removal rate of COD and total phosphorus was maintained at over 98%.
