新质生产力视角下酱香白酒产业人才的培育与建设

摘要 白酒产业近几年发展趋势良好,酱酒市场在全国范围内逐步扩大,在世界市场也占领了一席之地。白酒酿造具有高科技、高效能、高质量的特征,随着酒类酿造的智能化发展,在新质生产力发展下对行业人才提出了更高的要求。本文阐述了酿酒产业发展状况及具体特征,同时分析了全国酱酒产业人才现状以及人才需求,对贵州省酿酒工程专业与人才培养现状进行了细致解剖,提出了酱香型白酒人才培养战略建议,以期构建一个完善的酱酒人才引培体系,培养出符合企业发展需求并独具创新能力的复合型高素质技能人才,以期为贵州酱香型白酒产业的壮大提供坚实和强大的动力,助力我省白酒产业高质量发展。 Baijiu industry has developed well in recent years,and the market of Jiangxiang Baijiu has gradually expanded throughout the country and occupied a place in the world.Baijiu production has the characteristics of high technology,high efficiency and high quality.With the intelligent development of Baijiu production,higher requirements are put forward for talents in the industry under the development of new quality productive forces.This paper expounds the development status and specific characteristics of Baijiu industry,analyzes the current situation and talent demand of Jiangxiang Baijiu industry,dissects the current situation of Baijiu engineering and talent training in Guizhou Province in detail,and puts forward strategic suggestions on the cultivation of talents in Jiangxiang Baijiu industry,so as to build a talent training system for Jiangxiang Baijiu,cultivate high-quality and skilled talents in line with the development needs of enterprises,provide a powerful driving force for the growth of Guizhou Jiangxiang Baijiu industry,and help the high-quality development of Guizhou Baijiu industry.
