新质生产力的特点是创新,关键在质优。中国改革开放的伟大实践证明,民营经济作为社会主义市场经济重要组成部分,是解放和发展生产力的重要力量,是先进生产力的创新力量,是科技领先、产业创新的重要主体。同时,民营经济在数字经济领域大有可为,是发展新质生产力的活力所在,具有敢于走“先手棋”、勇于创新的特质,在发展新质生产力过程中堪当大任。诚然,也应该看到,民营经济在发展新质生产力中仍然面临市场准入和公平竞争等外源性问题,以及关键技术的核心竞争力偏弱、专精特新技术人才短缺等内生性问题。为此,需要激发民营经济的内生动力,凝心聚力做大做优做强民营经济,以创新为着力点推动民营经济主动参与新质生产力发展。
