3D打印技术在气道工具领域中的应用进展

摘要 传统的气道工具通常是标准化设计,缺点是不能满足患者的个性化需求,生产成本较高,制造周期长。3D打印技术可以根据患者的具体情况,设计和制造符合个性化需求的气道工具,提高治疗效果和患者的安全;3D打印技术还可以实现快速制造,减少生产成本,提高生产效率,并根据实际需求进行灵活设计和改造,提高气道工具的性能;最后,3D打印技术可以评估和预测气道工具的治疗效果,模拟患者的身体结构和功能,从而更好地治疗疾病。综合以上特点,本文将从3D打印技术定制气道管理相关工具、气道修复工具、气道教学工具以及气道3D打印技术目前的局限和未来展望4个方面作综述分析。 Traditional airway tools are typically standardized in design,exhibiting drawbacks such as inability to cater to individualized patient needs,high production costs,and lengthy manufacturing cycles.3D printing technology allows for the customization and manufacturing of airway tools tailored to specific patient conditions,thereby enhancing treatment efficacy and patient safety.Additionally,3D printing technology enables rapid production,reduces manufacturing costs,improves production efficiency,and facilitates flexible design and modifications based on actual requirements,thereby enhancing the performance of airway tools.Finally,3D printing technology can evaluate and predict the therapeutic effect of airway tools,simulate the body structure and function of patients,and thus better treat the disease.Based on the above characteristics,this paper will provide a comprehensive review of 3D printing technology in customizing airway-related management tools,airway repair tools,airway educational tools,and an overview of the current limitations and future prospects of airway 3D printing technology.
