摘要
为提高我国校园欺凌防治工作的有效性,借鉴西方国家的成功经验和做法,采用案例分析法,对西方具有典型性的校园欺凌防治项目进行系统的梳理与分析,总结了其在循证实践、多方参与、文化适应性等方面的关键成功要素,并结合我国实际情况,提出了追踪评估防欺凌、营造反欺凌文化、加强反欺凌培训、构建多元合作社会支持体系等本土化应用策略。
In order to improve the effectiveness of China’s school bullying prevention and control work,drawing on the successful experience and practice of the West,the case analysis method is used to systematically organize and analyze the typical Western school bullying prevention and control projects,and summarize the key success factors in evidence-based practice,multi-participation,and cultural adaptability and so on.Combined with the actual situation in China,local application strategies such as tracking and evaluating anti-bullying,building anti-bullying culture,strengthening anti-bullying training,and constructing multi-cooperative social support system are proposed.
