职业教育产教融合助力成渝地区双城经济圈建设的路径探析——基于SWOT分析

Analysis on the Path of Integration of Industry and Education of Vocational Education to Help the Construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle--Based on SWOT Analysis

随着成渝地区双城经济圈建设的持续推进,职业教育产教融合如何提质赋能,高质量助力成渝地区双城经济图建设已成为当下函须思考的问题。运用SWOT分析法,从内外部环境因素剖析职业教育产教融合助力成渝地区双城经济圈建设的优势和劣势,厘清机遇和挑战。根据分析结果,提出应从推进职业教育产教融合赋能增效、提升职业教育产教融合整体关联度、构建职业教育产教融合发展新格局、实现职业教育产教融合治理一体化四个方面构建职业教育产教融合助力成渝地区双城经济图建设的矩阵式路径,以期为助力成渝双城经济图高质量发展,提供行之有效的政策建议。

With the continuous promotion of the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,how to improve the quality and empower the integration of industry and education of vocational education,and provide high-quality assistance to the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle has become an urgent issue that needs to be considered at present.Using the SWOT analysis method,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of industry and education of vocational education in supporting the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle from the internal and external environmental factors,and clarify the opportunities and challenges.Based on the analysis results,it is proposed that the matrix path of the integration of industry and education of vocational education should be constructed from four aspects to help the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle:promoting the effect and empowering the integration of industry and education of vocational education,enhancing the overall correlation degree of the integration of of industry and education of vocational education,constructing a new development pattern of the integration of industry and education of vocational education,and realizing the integration of management in the integration of industry and education of vocational education,in order to provide effective policy suggestions on helping the high-quality development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.
