实践育人视野下高职劳动教育实施路径探析

Analysis of the Implementation Path of Higher Vocational Labor Education from the Perspective of Practical Education

高职院校在开展劳动教育过程中虽取得了一些成绩但也存在一定不足,如在劳动教育体系、课程设置、评价制度等方面还需进一步提升。结合职业教育特色,从社会、学校、家庭、大学生自身四个方面入手,分别提出推进劳动教育的对策和建议,包括:完善高职院校劳动教育制度体系;多方协作共同开展劳动教育实践活动;提升劳动教育支撑保障能力;加强劳动教育的组织管理;加强对劳动教育的政策支持。通过四方面的协同努力,可进一步提升劳动教育效果,进一步拓宽开展劳动教育的路径。

Although higher vocational colleges have made some achievements in the process of labor education,there are still some shortcomings,such as the labor education system,curriculum setting,evaluation system and other aspects need to be further improved.Combining the characteristics of vocational education,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting labor education from four aspects:society,school,family and college students themselves,including:improving the system of labor education in higher vocational colleges;multi-party cooperation to carry out labor education practice activities;improving the support and security ability of labor education;strengthening the organization and management of labor education;strengthening policy support for labor education.Through the joint efforts of four sides,the effect of labor education can be further improved,and the path of labor education can be further broadened.
