摘要
轨道交通类高职院校现有的心理健康教育课程在学生职业心理素质培养中存在与行业企业联动不多、与岗位需求对接不足、对学生成长呼应不够、促进教师发展力度不强等问题。学生职业心理素质的培育能增强新质生产力发展的内动能,促进高等职业教育高质量发展,回应技术技能人才的社会需求,提高学生职业发展的内在潜能。基于心理健康教育课程,提出轨道交通类高职学生职业心理素质培育的实践路径:深化校企协同育人,共制课程标准;衔接岗位心理需求,构建培育模型;遵循心理成长规律,设计教学策略;整合多方资源条件,打造心理育人联盟。
The existing psychological health education courses in rail transit higher vocational colleges have problems in cultivating professional psychological qualities,such as insufficient linkage with industry enterprises,insufficient alignment with job demands,insufficient response to student growth,and weak efforts to promote teachers’development.The cultivation of students’professional psychological quality can enhance the internal momentum for the development of new quality productivity,promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education,respond to the social demand for technical and skilled talents,and enhance the intrinsic potential of students’career development.Based on the psychological health education course,a practical path for cultivating the professional psychological quality of rail transit higher vocational college students is proposed:deepening the collaborative education between schools and enterprises,and jointly implementing curriculum standards;connecting the psychological needs of job positions and constructing a cultivation model;following the laws of psychological growth and designing teaching strategies;integrating multiple resources conditions to create a psychological education alliance.
