Challenges and Coping Strategies for Training Skilled Industrial Workers in the New Era

加快推进新时代技能型产业工人培养,既是我国加快技能型社会建设的关键举措,也是实施制造强国和乡村振兴战略的迫切要求。然而,在技能型产业工人培养实践中,却面临着培养谁、由谁培养、怎样培养的难题。具体而言,就是培养对象模糊、培养主体阙如、培养路径单一的现实难题。为破解此难题,当前亟需厘定培养类别,明晰重点培养对象;明晰培养主体,建构党委领导、政府推动、工会牵头、行业指导,以企业为主体、以学校为基础、职业培训机构参与的多元化协同培养机制;拓宽培养路径,实行就业前、岗前、在岗、再就业、创新职业技能培训的多维培养路向。

Accelerating the training of skilled industrial workers in the new era is not only a key measure to accelerate the construction of a skilled society in China,but also an urgent requirement for the implementation of the strategy of manufacturing power and rural revitalization.However,in the practice of training skilled industrial workers,we are faced with the difficult problem of who to train,by whom and how to train.Specifically,it is a practical problem that the training object is fuzzy,the training subject is lacking,and the training path is single.In order to solve this problem,it is urgent to define the cultivation categories and clarify the key cultivation objects.Establish a diversified collaborative training mechanism with party committee leadership,government promotion,trade union leadership,industry guidance,enterprises as the main body,schools as the basis,and vocational training institutions participating;broaden the training path,and implement the multi-dimensional training path of pre-employment,pre-employment,on-the-job,re-employment,and innovative vocational skills training.
