创业学习经历对大学生返乡创业意愿的影响——基于986名大学生的实证分析

The Impact of College Students’Entrepreneurial Learning Experiences on Their Intentions of Returning Home Entrepreneurship:An Empirical Analysis Based on 986 College Students

大学生返乡创业既是全面推进乡村振兴的需要,又是缓解我国当前就业压力的有效途径。运用我国10所高校986名大学生的微观调查数据,从创业课程学习、创业活动参与、创业培训学习三个维度考察了大学生的创业学习经历对其返乡创业意愿的影响。研究结果表明,创业课程学习、创业活动参与、创业培训学习对大学生返乡创业意愿的形成都具有显著的促进效应。为促进大学生返乡创业,教育部门应重视创业课程建设、创业活动的组织和创业培训的开展,同时,要重视创业教育的质量,加强从学生“学”的角度对创业教育的评价。

College students returning home to start their own businesses is not only the requirement of promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way,but also an effective way to alleviate the current employment pressure in our country.Based on the micro-survey data of 986 college students from 10 universities in China,this paper investigates the impact of college students’entrepreneurial learning experience on their willingness to return home and start businesses from three dimensions:course learning,participation in entrepreneurial activities and entrepreneurial training.The results show that the study of entrepreneurial courses,participation in entrepreneurial activities and entrepreneurial training have a significant promoting effect on the formation of college students’entrepreneurial willingness to return home.In order to promote college students returning home to start their own businesses,the education department should pay attention to the construction of entrepreneurship courses,the organization of entrepreneurial activities and the development of entrepreneurial training.Meanwhile,it should pay attention to the quality of entrepreneurial education and strengthen the evaluation of entrepreneurial education from the perspective of students’“learning”.
