By studying the previous industrial revolution,the industrial demand and technical premise are the necessary conditions;technological innovation and technology management are the key to enlarge new-quality productive forces;new-type laborers,new-type labor materials and new-type labor objects are the core elements.Focusing on aircraft test in final assembly line in the civil aircraft manufacturing industry,the needs for new-quality productive forces include automatic identification of aircraft status,reliable traceability of test data,and efficient collaboration between multiple people and multiple machinery.From the perspectives of new civil aircraft manufacturing laborers,new civil aircraft manufacturing labor materials and new civil aircraft manufacturing labor objects,the development direction of technological innovation and the technical management under this background are expounded.
