This paper points out that with the rise of globalization and knowledge economy,technology transfer has become an important way to promote innovation and economic growth.However,the problem of information asymmetry in the process of technology transfer often becomes a bottleneck that hinders its smooth progress.This paper deeply analyzes the causes of information asymmetry in technology transfer and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of government,enterprises,and the market.Through systematic research on this issue,it is expected to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the healthy development of technology transfer and optimizing the allocation of innovative resources.
