软件运维质量管理指标体系构建与应用初探

Construction and Application of Software Operation and Maintenance Quality Management Index System

本文针对当前软件运维管理存在的指标重复和难以落实的问题,结合江苏省市场监管软件运维管理的实际特点,构建了一套完整的软件运维质量管理评价指标体系,并将该指标体系进行了初步应用和结果分析。一方面有利于软件运维管理科学化规范化,节约管理成本;另一方面可以为进一步优化软件运维质量管理指标工作做铺垫,为形成软件运维质量管理的行业标准提供一定的参考。

In this paper,aiming at the problems of repeated indexes and difficult implementation in the current software operation and maintenance management,combined with the actual characteristics of software operation and maintenance management in the market supervision of Jiangsu Province,a complete set of software operation and maintenance quality management evaluation index system is constructed,applied and analyzed.On the one hand,this work is conducive to the scientific standardization of software operation and maintenance management,saving management costs;on the other hand,it can pave the way for further optimizing the quality management index of software operation and maintenance,and provide a certain reference for forming the industry standard of software operation and maintenance quality management.
