摘要
不动产的精度与其价值相互联系,为了使不动产测量精度更准确反映其实际价值,工程上需要一种必需精度的综合评价方法。本文重点研究了不动产测量必需精度及其计算模型构建方法,利用层次分析法对不动产测量必需精度构建模型,为不动产测量时的精度选择提供方法。该必需精度计算模型综合考虑了不动产测量精度的影响因素,为不动产测量精度评估提供了参考。
The accuracy of real estate is related to its value,in order to make the accuracy of real estate measurement more accurately reflect its actual value,a comprehensive evaluation method of necessary accuracy is needed in engineering.This paper focuses on the necessary accuracy of real estate measurement and the construction method of its calculation model and uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to build a model for the necessary accuracy of real estate measurement,so as to provide a method for the selection of accuracy in real estate measurement.The necessary accuracy calculation model comprehensively considers the influencing factors of the accuracy of real estate measurement,and provides a reference for the evaluation of the accuracy of real estate measurement.
