摘要
本文以某商业综合体项目基坑工程为例,该项目基坑深度大、基坑开挖面积大,周边环境和地质条件较为复杂,紧挨着地铁,地下水位高,降水深度范围内存在承压水,为保证降水效果采用自流深井降水形式。本文详细阐述了自流深井穿结构底板的封闭方法,经过1年多的观测证明,该方法应用效果良好,能够满足地下车库结构防水施工的质量要求,可为今后类似的工程提供实践经验。
This paper takes the foundation pit engineering of a certain commercial complex project as an example.The project has a large depth and excavation area of the foundation pit,and the surrounding environment and geological conditions are relatively complex,it is adjacent to the subway,it has a high groundwater level and there is pressurized water within the precipitation depth range.In order to ensure the precipitation effect,the self flowing deep well precipitation form is adopted.This paper elaborates on the sealing method of the bottom plate of the self flowing deep well penetrating structure.After more than a year of observation,it has been proven that this method has good application effect and can meet the quality requirements of waterproof construction of underground garage structures.It can provide practical experience for similar projects in the future.
