摘要
针对手动拖地存在拖布清洗费时费力且不易清洗干净的问题,本文基于市面上的一款免手洗平板拖布,采用SolidWorks软件设计了一种家用智能清洗机。其结构包括内部清洗装置、供液处理装置、污水处理及排水装置等。通过SolidWorks软件对该清洗机进行运动仿真,结果表明本文设计的智能清洗机具有可行性,能有效清洗拖布。
In response to the problem of time-consuming,labor-intensive and difficult to clean mops in manual mopping,in this paper,a household intelligent cleaning machine is designed by SolidWorks software,based on a hand free flat mop on the market.Its structure includes an internal cleaning device,a liquid supply device,a sewage treatment and drainage device.The motion simulation of the cleaning machine is conducted using SolidWorks software,and the simulation result shows that the intelligent cleaning machine designed in this paper is feasible and can effectively clean mops.
