国际环境深刻变化对矿业的影响——在2024(第二十六届)中国国际矿业大会上的主题演讲

The profound changes in the international environment and their impact on the mining industry:keynote speech at the 2024(26th)China Mining Conference and Exhibition

首先,分析了国际经济形势和地缘政治的风险所在,提出了矿业投资是长期投资,更需要关注国际环境长期的变化。其次,从经济全球化进入了调整期、发展方式的转型期、技术创新的活跃期和全球格局的变革期等“四期”叠加的发展形势入手,对百年未有之大变局进行了深入分析。在此基础上,从矿产品的需求、矿业的变化将会加速演进,以及矿业的风险三个方面阐述了国际形势和环境的变化对矿业产生的影响。最后,建议在国家层面上还要继续推进开放合作、互利共赢;在企业层面上,中国矿业企业要进一步加强战略研究、不断提升国际化经营能力、增强风险意识和风险管理的能力。

Firstly,the international economic situation and geopolitical risks are analyzed,and it is pointed out that mining investment is a long-term investment which needs to pay more attention to longterm changes in the international environment.Secondly,starting from the development situation of the superposition of the“four periods”(the adjustment period of economic globalization,the transformation period of the development mode,the active period of technological innovation,and the change period of global pattern),an in-depth analysis is made of change on a scale unseen in a century.On this basis,the impact of changes in the international situation and environment on the mining industry is expounded from three aspects:the demand for mineral products,the rapid evolution of changes in the mining industry,and mining-related risks.Finally,it is proposed that at the national level,open cooperation and mutual benefit should continue to be promoted;at the enterprise level,Chinese mining enterprises should further strengthen strategic research,continuously enhance their international operation capabilities,and improve their risk awareness and risk management capabilities.
