数字普惠金融对资源型城市产业结构升级的影响及机制研究

Study on the impact and mechanism of digital inclusive finance on the upgrading of industrial structure in resource-based cities

产业结构升级是实现经济高质量发展的必经途经。资源型城市经济发展对资源依赖性较强,产业结构不合理问题突出。因此,通过数字普惠金融支持产业结构升级,可实现资源型城市经济高质量发展。本文选取我国资源型城市作为研究对象,根据111个地级资源型城市2011—2021年面板数据,采用固定效应模型验证数字普惠金融对资源型城市产业结构升级影响,并以技术创新作为中介变量,选用中介模型检验数字普惠金融对资源型城市产业结构升级的影响及作用机制。研究结果表明:数字普惠金融对资源型城市产业结构升级存在显著促进作用,且数字普惠金融不仅直接推动产业结构升级,而且通过技术创新间接地促进产业结构升级;从分布区域看,数字普惠金融能够显著促进中部地区资源型城市产业结构高级化和合理化,促进东部地区和东北部地区资源型城市产业结构高级化,对西部地区资源型城市产业结构升级无显著作用;从发展阶段看,数字普惠金融促进成熟型、衰退型和再生型资源型城市产业结构高级化,促进成长型资源型城市产业结构合理化。根据研究结论,从数字普惠金融促进资源型城市产业结构高级化、合理化和提高资源型城市技术创新等方面提出建议,加快资源型城市产业结构升级。

The upgrading of industrial structure is an important way to achieve high-quality economic development.The economic development of resource-based cities is highly dependent on resources,and the problem of unreasonable industrial structure is prominent.Therefore,digital inclusive finance supports the upgrading of industrial structure to achieve high-quality economic development of resourcebased cities.This paper chooses resource-based cities in China as the research object,based on the panel data of 111 prefecture-level resource-based cities from 2011 to 2021,uses the benchmark regression model to verify the impact of digital financial inclusion on the upgrading of industrial structure in resource-based cities,takes technological innovation as the intermediary variable and use the intermediary model to test the mechanism of digital inclusive finance on the upgrading of industrial structure in resource-based cities.The results show that digital inclusive finance plays a significant role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure in resource-based cities,and digital inclusive finance not only directly promotes the upgrading of industrial structure,but also promotes the upgrading of industrial structure through technological innovation.From a regional perspective,digital inclusive finance can significantly promote the upgrading and rationalization of the industrial structure of resourcebased cities in the central region,promote the upgrading of industrial structure of resource-based cities in the eastern and northeastern regions,but has no significant effect on the upgrading of industrial structure of resource-based cities in the western region.From the perspective of development stage,digital inclusive finance can promote the upgrading of industrial structure of mature declining and regenerative resource-based cities,promote the rationalization of the industrial structure of growing resource-based cities.According to the research conclusion,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of digital inclusive finance promoting the upgrading and rationalization of the industrial structure of resource-based cities and improving the technological innovation of resource-based cities,to accelerate the upgrading of the industrial structure in resource-based cities.
