大型综合医院治安风险分析与管理实践

Public Security Risk Analysis and Management Practice in LargeGeneral Hospitals

治安安全对于医院的稳定发展和医患的人身财产安全有着重要意义,大型综合医院因人流量大、人员密集度高、建筑物及通道多、贵重物品多等特点导致治安形势复杂。本文对大型综合医院的治安风险特点进行分析评估,总结归纳出治安风险管理要点,并结合北京市某大型三甲综合医院开展治安管理措施及智能化安防建设所取得的一定成效,旨在为现阶段医院治安风险的管理提出建设性意见,以促进医院治安工作的良性发展。

Public security plays an important role in the stable development of hospitals and the personal and property safety of doctors and patients.Large general hospitals are characterized by large flow of people,high personnel density,many buildings and passages,many valuables,which lead to a complex public security situation.This paper analyzed and evaluated the characteristics of public security risks in a large general hospital,summarized the key points of public security risk management,and combined with the certain achievements of public security management measures and intelligent security construction in a large tertiary general hospital in Beijing,aiming to put forward constructive suggestions for the management of public security risks in hospitals at present,so as to promote the healthy development of public security work in hospitals.
