摘要
目的围绕学科建设的主要维度,以运营管理为抓手,助力医院学科建设提升发展效能。方法根据样本医院的学科定位,采取差异化策略,运用运营管理的系列方法和工具实施。结果学科排名稳步提升,运营态势持续向好。结论以学科建设为核心的运营实践实现了“业、管、财”的深度融合,是医院高质量发展的重要举措。
Objective To focus on the main dimensions of discipline construction,taking operation management as the starting point,to help hospital discipline construction and improve development efficiency.Methods According to the discipline positioning of the sample hospitals,a differentiated strategy was adopted,and a series of methods and tools of operation management were used.Results The ranking of disciplines was steadily improved,and the operation posture continued to improve.Conclusion The operation practice centred on discipline construction realizes the in-depth integration of'business,management and finance',and is an important measure for the high-quality development of hospitals.
