摘要
开展高质量、高效率的运营管理是促进医院高质量发展的关键举措。某医院在基于疾病诊断相关分组的“病组点数法”医保支付方式背景下,通过管理指标体系构建、基础数据质量治理、智能信息系统开发、管理模式制度优化、管理工具配套落实等重点环节建设,将DRG工具应用于运营管理实践,取得了良好的成效。公立医院应建立健全运营管理决策体系,通过以管理需求为导向的信息化建设支撑业务数据精准分析,优化运营管理机制落实管理手段,强化管理效能,实现运营目标,促进医疗业务高质量可持续发展。
The implementation of high-quality and high-efficiency operation and management is a key initiative to promote the high-quality development of hospitals.In the context of the"disease group point method",a health insurance payment method based on disease diagnosis-related group,a hospital has applied DRG tools to its operation and management practice through the construction of a management index system,the management of basic data quality,the development of an intelligent information system,the optimisation of the management model system,the implementation of management tools and other key aspects of construction.Good results have been achieved.Public hospitals should establish a sound operation and management decision-making system,support accurate analysis of business data through management demandoriented information technology construction,optimise operation and management mechanisms to implement management tools,strengthen management effectiveness,achieve operational goals and promote high-quality sustainable development of medical business.
