摘要
目的探究综合医院家具配置的合理流程。方法应用过程链网络(process chain network)分析方法对原有流程进行分析与总结,找出不足之处,然后通过PCN法进行流程分解,针对不足之处找出对应的解决办法,对流程进行改进,最后引入SPC理念对流程进行持续优化。结果以客户价值作为判断标准,流程优化后客户价值由2022年的0.7515提升到2023年的1.7026。结论基于PCN-SPC优化后的家具配置流程行之有效,可以为各综合医院采购管理提供借鉴和参考。
Objective To explore the rational process of furniture configuration in general hospitals.Methods The process chain network(PCN)analysis method was applied to analyze and summarize the original process,find out the shortcomings.The process was decomposed through the PCN method to find out the corresponding solutions for the shortcomings,improve the process,and finally introduce the SPC concept for continuous optimization of the process.Results Customer value was introduced as the criterion,and customer value increased from 0.7515 in 2022 to 1.7026 in 2023 after process optimization.Conclusion The optimized furniture configuration process based on PCN-SPC is effective and can provide reference for the procurement management of general hospitals.
