预住院模式下“一体化”床位预约系统的开发与应用

Development and Application of"Integrated"Bed Reservation System Under Pre-Hospitalization Model

目的优化现有床位预约系统和管理模式,为预住院患者提供高效有序的入院服务。方法基于预住院管理模式,构建“一体化”床位预约系统,对床位系统预约端和管理端进行改造和优化,对预约流程进行梳理。结果预住院模式下“一体化”床位预约系统的应用明显提高了预约效率、床位使用率和床位周转次数,降低了患者就医的时间成本,减少了患者等床时间及手续办理环节,改善了患者就医体验。结论预住院模式下“一体化”床位预约管理模式高效、便捷,增强了医院的便民服务能力,为医院高质量发展提供了有力支撑。

Objective To optimize the existing bed reservation system and management model to provide efficient and orderly admission services for prehospitalized patients.Methods Based on the pre-hospitalization management model,an"integrated"bed reservation system was constructed,the reservation side and management side of the bed system were reformed and optimized,and the reservation process was clarified.Results The application of the"integrated"bed reservation system under the pre-hospitalization model had significantly improved the reservation efficiency,bed utilization rate and bed turnover time,reduced the time cost of patients'medical treatment,shortened the patients'waiting time for beds and procedures,and improved the patients'medical experience.Conclusion The"integrated"bed reservation management under the pre-hospitalization model is efficient and convenient,which enhances the hospital's convenient service capacity and strongly supports the hospital's high-quality development.
