鼻咽癌患者报告结局的研究进展

Progress on patient-reported outcomes of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

随着医疗技术的逐步发展,越来越多的鼻咽癌患者逐渐进入慢病管理的过程,与患者相匹配的医疗护理需求也随之延长。鼻咽癌的治疗方式包括手术、放射治疗(简称放疗)、化学治疗(简称化疗)等,这些治疗手段带来的近期或远期反应包括疲劳、口干、健忘、口腔黏稠、焦虑及抑郁等,都会给患者造成生理、心理及社会不同层面的影响。本文通过回顾国内外文献,介绍了患者报告结局及其测量工具的背景和意义,列举了不同鼻咽癌患者报告结局测量工具的测量维度及条目,提出现有研究中的不足,以期帮助临床工作者选择患者测量工具和开展相关研究提供理论依据。

With the gradual development of medical technology,more and more nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients are entering the process of chronic disease management,leading to an expansion in the scope of medical care.The treatments of nasopharyngeal carcinoma include surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and so on.These interventions can result in both short-term and long-term side effects such as fatigue,dry mouth,forgetfulness,oral viscosity,anxiety and depression.Such reactions have a profound impact on patients at different levels of physiology,psychology and society.By reviewing domestic and foreign literatures,this article introduces the background and significance of the patient-reported outcomes(PRO).It outlines the measurement dimensions and items associated with different PRO measures specific to nasopharyngeal carcinoma patient while highlighting existing research deficiencies.The aim is to assist clinical practitioners in selecting appropriate patients measurement tools and to provide a theoretical basis for relevant researches.
